Mahwah Police Department Celebrates the Appointment of Timothy O’Hara as Chief of Police!

He is welcomed as the 7th Chief in the history of the Mahwah Police Department. Chief O’Hara is a highly decorated Patrol Division veteran with over 24 years of service with the Mahwah Police Department.

The Mahwah Police Department is currently accepting applications for Per Diem Dispatcher. The pay range is $18-$25 an hour. Prerequisites are Basic Telecommunicator and E.M.D.
