The members of the union serve the Township of Mahwah with approximately 24,000 residents. The PBA is an affiliate of the

Mahwah PBA donates money each year for benevolent causes, including scholarship funds, charities, financial assistance to families of fallen or critically ill officers, and for worthy causes that better the residents of Mahwah.

New Jersey State Policemen’s Benevolent Association. All members are full-time sworn police officers. The union is a non-profit labor organization, and is funded by donations from Mahwah residents and businesses, member's dues and fundraising activities. In addition, the PBA is devoted to maintaining a safe and fair working environment for its members so that they may effectively serve the residents of the Township.
