Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Mahwah Residents entering 6th, 7th, & 8th Grades

This year is the 21st Annual Junior Police Academy. This program has established a strong foundation over the years as a long-term support for police and community relationship building.

This is a 2-week program open to students entering the 6th, 7th, or 8th grade in September. Held at Ramapo Ridge Middle School, the Junior Police Academy consists of hands-on activities, physical training, lectures, and presentations by law enforcement and first responder professionals. The program will run from July 8th to July 19th from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm.

The objective of the Junior Police Academy is to provide an environment where students are challenged and learn the basic principles of RESPECT, DISCIPLINE, and HONESTY.
